ACPI Tools is a collection of tools and toolkits for creation of new ACPI related tools. (ACPI stands for Advanced Configuration and Power Interface).

ACPI Tools consists of:

    * ACPI Manager -- software engineering tool, provides interface to control ACPI virtual machine
    * ACPI Toolkit -- examples of ACPI interface usage
    * Widgets, monitors and daemons which use ACPI interface to control your computer 

 
System requirements
	

    * ACPI compliant PC (including IBM ThinkPad)
    * eComStation 1.2 or above
    * ACPI driver for eComStation (from betazone or delivered with eComStation)
