NetBeans Platform 4.1 Binary Code License
READ THE TERMS OF THIS NETBEANS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY PRIOR TO ACCESSING THE NETBEANS BUILD SOFTWARE PACKAGE. THE NETBEANS AGREEMENT IS COMPRISED OF MULTIPLE SEPARATE AND DISTINCT SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENTS THAT APPLY TO SPECIFIC PORTIONS OF THE NETBEANS BUILD SOFTWARE PACKAGE (COLLECTIVELY "NETBEANS AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS IN THE NETBEANS AGREEMENT, PROMPTLY RETURN OR DESTROY THE UNUSED NETBEANS BUILD SOFTWARE. 1. The following software products found in the NetBeans Build are governed by the Binary Code License Agreement including its applicable Supplemental Terms and Conditions ("BCL"):
