Modula-3 on OS/2

People with Warp 4.0 should take version 3.6c. (This version)

- 3.6d replaces 3.6a (Dec. 96) and is especially for Warp 3.0.

The current port is the work of Klaus Preschern. With the availability of X windows for OS/2, the port is pretty much fully functional.
