Additional Configuration Information:

1. Modification in the Diskette 1 where in the Compaq drivers were placed namely SCSI driver CPQ53CX.ADD and Eide driver CPQEIDE.ADD with the Basedev statement in the config.sys file . These entries were made as the 1st statement of config.sys present in Diskette 1. Delete
the AHA ADD drivers , sony add drivers , aic add drivers ibm1s506 add driver to accomodate the Compaq Drivers before installation . These drivers are present as OS/2 Support Software Diskette in the Compaq Website www.compaq.com/support/files/server/softpaqs/os2
2. The network drivers EPCNDIS.OS2 can be found in the Compaq website www.compaq.com
3. For the Socket Services driver and Card Services Driver for PCMCIA Plug and
play is http://service.software.ibm.com/os2ddpak/html/OS-2COMP/pcardst and selection of
PC Card 5.0 support for IBM Thinkpad systems .
4. The S3 Video Display driver and the Compaq 10/100 PC card driver in the Compaq
site www.compaq.com
