chkdsk with Warp v4 FP15, WSeB, ACP, MCP

put the new chkdsk.sys file in the utility disk 1(i.e the second disk).
open the config.sys from utility disk 1 and put the following line
just below line of "device=\testcfg.sys"
basedev=chkdsk.sys
boot the machine with utility disk.
for running chkdsk on a drive,run the following command.
chkdsk x: /f /AuToChEcK   where /AuToChEcK option is case sensitive.
