If you check out the IBM device drivers web page: http://service5.boulder.ibm dot com/2bcprod.nsf/ You'll find lots of device driver sections and individual device drivers are marked as "updated" - the ones I have looked at say they were updated on the 6th. April ! But before we all go jumping for joy that that particularly troublesome device might now work with new drivers, I suspect many devices are marked "updated" as the page has been amended to take you to the Software Choice site to pick up the drivers, and guess what - you need a subscription and userid/password to get access. As I say this was my experience, with "new" USB drivers (reading elsewhere apparently only Intel and VIA chipsets work (sometimes) with the OS/2 drivers - so these new drivers will probably not help mt SIS chipset equipped PC). Has anyone else found the same, or are some device drivers actually updated and accessible ?? April ! has anyone tried the supposedly updated USB drivers? I'd love to hear that they now work with VIA chipsets! regards Michael Block ---------------------------> Caca et declina medicus http://members.optushome dot com dot au/mblock/perinatal.html The www home of perinatal psychiatry END================================================
