Just d/ld it. Quick look at the archive shows it's a port from Unix under GNU, needs emx0.9d plus a gcc DLL available from OS2.RU, and it looks like a free-standing .exe. I would say you could add it as some external hook in most mailers, or drop it into your mail directory and use it by associating files with it. Not what you'd call smooth, but maybe not as bad as a 'kludge,' OK?
