Go into the properties of the object, Session tab, Dos Properties button, scroll down to DOS_Startup_drive setting and change the A: to be the DOS IMG file location and name. Note the on-screen help says the image has to be created with VMDISK. As for Time stamp, I think it's still wrong as it shows: Date: Tue, 05 Oct 2004 20:36:45 +0000 I would expect it to say +0008 Cheers/2 Ed. Probably not required, Alan, since the known malicious spyware is almost all for Win. This one was a P4 2.8GHZ. I liked it because it had an 8x agp port - so you had an option to not use on board video. If I recall the on board video is SIS - the chipset is SIS661. I put in an ATI 9200 video card and it works a treat with scitech. The ACER also came with built in lan - realtek 8169 and 6 USB ports including USB 2.0 The onboard sound is AC97 ALC650 I think but I now use a CMI8739 card I bought cheap that supports wav and midi under ecs. It has 3 spare PCI slots too and is a reasonable midi size case. Overall I have been very happy with quaility and performance - esp given low price etc. Everything works, LAN, USB etc. David Shearer On Wed, 06 Oct 2004 21:26:48 +1000, Alan Duval wrote: >On Wed, 06 Oct 2004 20:55:04 +1000, Ed Durrant wrote: > >>Doesn't sound bad for the price but no network and no soundcard ??
