You also need to get rid of all references to Mozilla in the os2.ini and os2sys.ini files. Then you will not have to close Thunderbird and restart Firefox. Clicked on the URL and away I went. After you ran my little integration tool, did you check the Firefox and Thunderbird objects? Firefox should execute FIREFOX!.EXE and Thunderbird should execute THUNDERBIRD!L.EXE. You may also need to either reset the WPS or reboot to clean out any loaded DLLs. It's there when my Desktop loads and keeps popping up. I uncheck the "Enable Popup" radio button which helps for a while but it reappears when shutting down and is there again on rebooting with the "Enable Popup" radio button again checked. I usually open Firefox and Thunderbird soon after booting and keep them minimized.
