Subject:   OT: PODCASTS

Can anyone please tell me what format (or formats) video PODCASTS are 
usually made in and where they can best be downloaded from ?

I'm looking for general computing related podcasts (eComstation would be 
nice but ...) that I can then convert to load into my new "toy" a very 
small MP3 +MP4 player, and watch during my commute time.
