I'll repeat 100 time: Diskette Image UNPACKer (well, good guess, I was right) I just should thought of it quicker my forgetter is getting better DIUNPACK.EXE Release 3.01 01-11-96 Copyright (C) IBM Corporation 1995, 1996 Diskette Image UNPACKer: Upacks files from a diskette image file. Usage: diunpack [imagefile] [-options] -d set the target directory -l list files (don't unpack) -p prompt for copy of individual files -q suppress beeps -n never overwrite files without prompting -x extract file -j junk path info (don't maintain disk image directories)] Examples: diunpack 144.img => extracts files from 144.img to the current directory diunpack 288.emt -l => lists files on 288.emt diunpack 720.dsk -d e:\install => extracts files to e:\install diunpack 140.ldf -x test.smp => extracts the file test.smp Notes: 1 filename for extraction (-x) must not include diskette image path info. All files matching the filename are extracted (files could be in subdirs) If -x is used with -j (junk path info), option -n is automatically turned on. 2 Use of the listing flag (-l) disables flags -x -d -p and -n. 3 There must be a space between -d and and -x and -- Voytek ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **= Email 8 ==========================** Date: Thu, 06 Nov 2008 10:49:12 +1100 (EDT) From: "Ian Manners" Subject: Re: installing from unimaged floppy images Hi Voytek, >>> There is, somewere under http://www.os2site dot com/sw/util/disk (I think) And it was :-) Directory of I:\site\sw\util\disk 15/06/97 11:41 29200 0 diunpack303.zip 3/01/04 14:09 29520 0 diunpack304b.zip Cheers Ian Manners http://www.os2site dot com/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **= Email 9 ==========================** Date: Thu, 06 Nov 2008 12:27:05 +1100 From: Ed Durrant Subject: Re: Connecting a Sony W910i to Wayne wrote: > ** Reply to note from Ed Durrant Wed, 05 Nov 2008 16:52:41 +1100 > >> >> Wayne wrote: >> >>> >>> Tues, I removed the userid & was still able to connect repeatedly. >>> Later that day it failed & continues to do so. If that's there what used to happen was if a header is left from a partially printed job, the queue wont work. This should not be the case on a totally new RC5 install but if you installed over the top it can be. In any case go to \var\SPOOL and into each of the subdirectories, which are the actual print spool queues and erase all files in all of these. Then re-enable the printer you put on hold before and reboot the system and retry Cheers/2 Ed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **= Email 13 ==========================** Date: Thu, 6 Nov 2008 21:09:16 +0930 From: Wayne Subject: Re: Connecting a Sony W910i to ** Reply to note from Ed Durrant Thu, 06 Nov 2008 12:27:05 +1100 > > Wayne wrote: > > ** Reply to note from Ed Durrant Wed, 05 Nov 2008 16:52:41 +1100 > > > > > > Setting the userid makes no difference either. Murfy's Law kicks in because the T40 is refusing to read the CD (factory) & it is the only CD it ever has trouble with. The desktop pc reads the CD fine but there is no dozy OS there. The 2 machines are networked (eCS to Warp) but I don't know how to setup for a doze network. Any ideas where I would find a howto?
