Doesnt have to be just OS/2. Even Windows problems :) After all, OS/2 doesnt have problems :o) Did you know that if you use Windows7, your copy probably hasnt had security patches applied for the past year? Every month seems to bring another problem with Windows update, unless your using Windows 10.. I managed to get Windows update working again with Windows7 Pro on a Sony Vio laptop, only to have the last Explored patch kill IE.. Not that I would normally not mind but I put Win7 on that laptop as some educational websites still require IE. How many people still use OS/2 ? I do at home, on my primary laptop, and on the server. I have FreeBSD on another laptop. Seems a lot of people have migrated to Linux, Mac, and the odd person has simply given up and gone to the dark side of Windows. But I can certainly understand if nobody from Australia is going to come over for weekend :-) There will be a video stream again (hopefully a better quality then the last two years). Follow details on www.warpstock.eu. This year in Cologne Germany we had more visitors at Warpstock Europe then in 2012 or 2014 or 2015. Which is a good sign in my opinion :-) OS/2 VOICE foundation has more members coming back and I understand that Warpstock US has never had that many early bookings in years. Its clear OS/2 is still used by people. I still run OS/2 here on my laptop and looking forward to a buy new laptop when ArcaOS is released (Blue Lion). As for Windows, these days I work at a Dutch company that sells cash register software running on WIndows. That product functions pretty good in my opinion. But if you look at the calls we get from people that are related duo to stupid Windows issue's... OS/2 does not work that bad. I mean if you see how often USB devices go crazy. Need to reinstall drivers or plug the USB printer in a different USB port. Services that stop working or will not startup. Correct .NET installations. Windows updates screwing cash registers... OS/2 is certainly not doing bad when I daily see all of this stuff..
