Subject:  [VOICENWS] PM Download Center v0.6.0 is out!

The new version (0.6.0) of PMDC is out. This is a major release. This
means that many of the programming bugs are fixed. The main new  feature
in this version is (finally!) a handbook in INF format.

This version is compiled with VAC++ 4.0, now with FixPak 1 applied. There
are several changes and fixes, including a fix for the annoying "More
downloads than selected by user" problem that appeared on 0.5.9 version.

The weird behaviour of the main windows (not alowing ALT-F7 for move, per
example) is now fixed. The window behaviour now should  be the same as any
other window.

A Download log was created on this version, so you'll have a
list of your sucessfully downloaded files.
