It is on Hobbes under the name 'uzs542x2.exe'.  This is the 32-bit OS/2
executable package.

Currently:

Once processed:
    http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/util/archiver/uzs542x2.exe

Also, the REXX scripts "zip2exe.cmd" and "zipgrep.cmd" have been converted
to CR-LF format so they now work properly.


Many archives, especially those originating from IBM, still contain files
which are compressed with "Shrink".  (The Feature Installer, FIRUNPKG.ZIP,
is a good example of this.)  The standard InfoZip UNZIP binaries, later
than version 5.31, cannot handle them.  This build can.
