This is handy if you are sitting in front of a Win32 system and want to have a look into a WarpIN archive. OS/2 users don't need such a tool, because WIC does the same and much more. It's a simple command line utility (or "console" in WinXX speak) and published as Open Source (GPL) and probably could be simply recompiled for any other OS (Linux,...).
