IBM helps Odin, improves debugger

IBM is modifying it's ICAT OS/2 Remote Source-code Debugger to support PE
executables in OS/2 environment in order to help Project Odin development.
A test version was made available for the Odin team and was tested with
positive results.  

Many thanks to Dave Evans and his team for their help and work on
improving what is allready one of the best debugging tools in existence.
