design philosophies of OS/2 and BeOS can help netizens to
send, receive and manage e-mail with built-in options not
even available yet in other environments. As you yourself
may know, both BeOS and OS/2 have been recognized as two
of the most powerful and versatile operating systems.
They both are object-oriented and highly compliant with
open standards.
    
   - But is it true that either of these operating
   systems has any built-in capabilities for performing
