Date: Thu, 24 May 2001 16:31:56 -0400 From: madodelatptdprolog.net Subject: [VOICENWS] Indelible Blue: eComStation and WarpUP users From: "Indelible Blue Sales" To All WarpUP and eComStation customers: Effective immediately, Prism Data Works is handling all fulfillment for WarpUP and eComStation orders. The reason for this change is that Indelible Blue is closing its operations on May 31, 2001. We regret this decision, but the current structure and obligations of the company do not allow for continued operations. The decision is a result of changes in distribution channels, high overhead, and the current economic slowdown--it should not be construed as an abandonment of the OS/2 community. We cannot tell you how much it has meant to us personally to be involved with this group of people over the past eight years. We hope to maintain those relationships. Prism Data Works has been founded by the owners of Indelible Blue primarily to provide IT services. Prism will fulfill all of Indelible Blue's obligations to WarpUP and eComStation customers. Duane Chamblee, the author of WarpUP and contributor to eComStation, will be affiliated with the new company and will continue to provide support for both products. Our goal is a seamless transition for Indelible Blue customers who have purchased these products. IB email addresses and phone numbers will remain active and all customer records are being transferred. All of IB's obligations to you will be honored by Prism. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any concerns--you know where to find us.
