CooLFM 1.5 + Hauppage WinTV/FM 

* CooLFM is able to control FM-tuners integrated on TV-tuners 
  (including WinTV Hauppage, MIRO). 
  You can test CooLFM now. Don't forget to connect FM antenna. 
  Initialize your TV-tuner before using CooLFM. 
  
    Run CooLFM, switch to Hardware page.
    Select BrookTree family,
    Two combo boxes will appear. Select Card model and Tuner model:
  
       examples: 
          Fly98:       Card: Fly98,       Tuner: Secam;
         Aver98:    Card:  Aver98, Tuner: Secam;
