Updated ZxMail Server Beta 2 to v0.9.3
Fixed:
    memory leak in smtp module.
    relaying option in smtp tab fixed, now can be selected or deselected.
    ip filtering improved.
    fowarding now allows multiple fowards for a user
    and now allows chaining of fowards all mail for A sent to B 
    all mail sent to B send to C if you send to A  C will get the message.
    fixed  hang in smtp session in a rare case the session would not be
terminated, now fixed.
