Back Again/2000 Server Scheduler Initialization 0.0.01

The backup program Back Again/2000 Server 2.10d has an WPS integrated 
scheduler which seems to be a subclass of the WPFolder class. Although 
there is a problem: At system startup this scheduler does not  initialize
which means that no backups will be started. SchedAdd will  cure this.
