Aaron Lawrence has released a new version of NewView.  NewView is a
replacement OS/2 help viewer.  It is a rewrite of OS/2 View.exe, reads INF
and HLP files.  Improvements include a new UI, remember size/position,
select and copy from the window, ...  This release also adds bookmarks. 
You can download it from hobbes.  Search for newview1_28_3.zip
