ZxMail version 1.06 Adds SMTP AUTH command with support for CRAM-MD5,
PLAIN, LOGIN authentification.

This improves spam control, and we recommend you update to this new
version to benefit from this new feature.

Also in this version fixed POP3 UIDL command bug (individual message ID
returned a value of 0 instead of the proper unique ID)
