This build fixes a serious bug in the build I released yesterday (itself a
bugfix release -- I know, this just isn't my week):

A misnamed procedure could -- of course -- not be found, causing the
'dispatch' and 'send' commands to fail if the internal SMTP module was
used.

If you have installed the previous build, please download the new build
and upgrade RexxMail to remove the bug.

This bug was the result of a pretty silly oversight, added to which I
forgot to test the SMTP module (which I normally do not use myself). My
apologies for the inconvenience, and thanks to Michiel de Jager for
alerting me to this bug.
