SOM Objects toolkit version 2.1. This is the version of SOM that is
included in OS/2 v 3, v 4 and eCommStation. SOMObjects toolkit has been
released as version 3 but version 3 of SOM has never been certified for
OS/2. This version (2.1) includes DSOM and workgroup DSOM.
