x fixed: didn't show + in the filename
x new: <esc> cancels 'w'rite command at the file lister
x added *filesize pipe command
x updated pipe control link
x 'p' fixes when tabbing back to the file lister
x don't clear random/playforever
x added nonblocking gethostbyname()
x fixed: increase input length & add input title field for ctrl-d (in the
bookmarks menu) x fixed: 'n' can rename bookmarks
x shift + <- -> increments the volume by 1
x codepage translation for id3, add 'tagcp #' to z.ini, replace # with the
  codepage to translate from.  (ex: 1251 for Russia)
x minor optimizations
x http title synch. fixes from RElf
