Netlabs has an updated release of PMPDF dated 22.Dec.2001

PMPDF, Poor Mans PDF is a utility which brings the capabilities of Adobe
Acrobat Distiller to the OS/2 platform, with the use of GhostScript you
are now able to create PDF's from every OS/2 application which supports
the standard OS/2 PM Printer interface.
