Daniel Valot has updated the games SHISENPM to 1.13, MAHJONPM to 1.13 and 
SAMEPM to 1.03

Fix some GRADD, PMMERGE, SDD display problems with bitmap shrinking. The
program profiles (ini) are now in the application directory.
