Russell O'Connor has released  an updated MMIOP3 

After installation, MP3s and Ogg Vorbii can be played in any OS/2 player.

* Files can play by double-clicking on the fileÆs icon.
* Files can play in any Rexx program by using Multimedia calls. * Files
can be played with the Rexx program PLAY.CMD.
 * Files can be converted to any audio format that OS/2 can write, such as
RIFF WAVE, by using Convert to in the context menu. * Files can be
streamed over the Internet.

Changes from 0.3 to 0.3.1 (2002-01-10)
* Install now automatically associates MP3 extension with Digital Audio.
