More changes at Jake's Place!

It's time to do some more hardware changes at jakesplace.dhs.org. This
will mean that the jakesplace news server is going to be up and down over
the course of the day today (Thursday, 10 January 2002). 

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause... I will post again once the
new system is up and running!
