Subject:  [VOICENWS] Errant blank message

I have no idea where the blank message came from that seems to have gone
out on VOICE News list.  Every News list post I sent out appears to have
been processed, that is I received a copy of the posts sent so far.  I
received the blank post myself, but I have no such post in my Outbox, so I
don't know how it happened.

VOICE is currently doing some testing on our mail server to try to fix a
problem with processing two News list posts at the same time.  The large
size of the list (now over 800 subscribed) seems to cause a problem.  So
our mail server has been up and down a few times today.

I appologize for the corrupted blank post, but at this time can't explain
how it happened.  I've already had several people ask me about it, so I'm
sending this post out to let people know that we are looking into it.
