Russell O'Connor has updated the MMIOVorbis Codec to 0.2

MMIOVorbis is an MMIOProc for OS/2 that allows OS/2 s multimedia system to
play Ogg Vorbis files. 

Changes from 0.1.1 to 0.2 (2002-02-14) 

          Skips errors in OGG files instead of halting. 

          Removed OGG encoding code that never worked anyway.
