There will be a VOICE IRC meeting tonight, Monday March 4, 8:00pm EST
(01:00 GMT) in the #voice channel on the WEBBnet IRC network.  VOICE IRC
meetings are held on the first and third Monday of the month and as always
everyone is welcome.
