Patch for WINOS2 GRADD drivers to use small fonts

This patches the WINOS2 GRADD drivers to use  small fonts at resolutions
bigger than 800x600. Compatible with the drivers that come with Scitech
Display Doctor/PRO 7.0.9 GA.
