The Notebook/2 Site has moved: it is now hosted by the OS2World.Com  site.
You can access it under  http://www.os2world.com/DrMartinus/notebook.htm 

Since I could no longer access the FTP server at the OS/2 Supersite,  this
move has become necessary. The site will soon be updated, and I  hope to
give it a complete new design in the near future. 

Those who have linked to the Notebook/2 site at the OS/2 Supesite,  should
change their link accordingly.
