New WarpGoGo 0.99c version

This the graphic interface to MP3 coder Gogo-no-coda.

What's new in this version:

Now when coding does not occur blocking PM Shell.

Area "Commentary" - added in list of automatic filler ID3 TAG for all
files in directory.

It Is corrected error bringing about transmission on coder of wrong
parameters.
