Subject:  [VOICENWS] VOICE News list changes

Moderator note: I am going to try to start adding a label to the subject
for each post from now on.  

    "Hobbes:" if it's a new/updated file on Hobbes, 
    "SWC:" if it is only available on IBM's Software Choice and
eComStation's UP, 
    "eCS:" if it is directly related to eComStation, 
    "Software:" if it is any other software package.  
    "Event:" For user group meetings and other events.
    "Job:" if it's employment related.
    "OT:" Off topic posts, of which we have very few, will continue to be
labelled "OT:"

General OS/2 related posts (or those I can't figure out) will not have a
label.  

Though it is not necessary it would be helpful for submissions to contain
these prefixes in case I forget to add them.

Any comments (is this of benefit to anyone?) or suggestions on this scheme
are appreciated, but please send them to feedbackatos2voice.org so they get
to the right place.
