[Moderator note: I have downloaded and installed this version as well.  I
have no idea what has been changed in it.  "about:" shows the "Version
4.61 [en]-010615" in the title bar, so either this is just a recompile or
they forgot to change that. As a warning, past versions on testcase were
special debug builds for customers with specific problems.  These tended
to leave log files in the netscape directory or the root.  I have not seen
anything like that as yet, but such an instance can lead to partitions
being filled up over time, so be careful.]
