Hi everybody!

I'm afraid I've had to restrict the access of prserv.net to reading this
newsgroup only, due to the abusive behaviour of one of their customers.

I have contacted the prserv.net abuse department about this, but their
position is:

I don't want to disable this customer as he has not
committed any impropriety within our Network; can you
not block his access to your own server on a userid basis?
What suggestions can you provide us to assist you in
this endeavor without disablement/cancellation of this account?

In short, unless someone is harming another one of their customers, they
can do what they want.

If you are a prserv.net customer and would like to be able to access this
news server again, please contact your provider and ask them to do
something about this situation.
