The VOICE meeting will be held tonight (Monday) at 8:00pm at EDT (00:00
GMT) in the #Voice chat room as scheduled.   

However, the Webbnet IRC network has been having problems in the last
couple of days so you'll probably have to use an alternate server to get
to #Voice.  Instead of the usual irc.webbnet.org, you may have to specify
a specific server.  You'll find the complete list of Webbnet servers at
http://www.webbnet.org/stats.html .  One server that worked extremely well
for me was irc.us-west.webbnet.org.  The port is still 6667.  If that
doesn't work, then keep trying different servers from the list at
http://www.webbnet.org/stats.html until you get one that lets you in.
