JunkBuster/2 port updated to latest version including latest TINYGIF
modification.

This should be the final port of JunkBuster/2, based on the port by Gerd
Flender.

Anyway, there is a project based on JB at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/ijbswa/ and it's available for OS/2 as
well.

If hobbes search is not able to find the file, just go to /pub/incoming.
