WVGUI is a (*the*) native Video Player for OS/2

+ new hotkeys (see readme) 

* news in WV cli

* Problem with broken audio frames fixed

* SIMPLE_IDCT flag turned on in libavcodec (more fast?)

* Fixed hangs while rewinding with unsupported or unknown audio codec

* More "synced" sync :) (does not finished yet)

* ac3 libac3 decoder replaced with liba52

* added libmpeg2 for mpeg-1/2 video (does not finished yet)

* autodetecting more reliable dive mode (Y422/R565/BGR3) (Y422/R565/BGR3)

+ the program recompiled with "pentium" option instead of "pentium2" (for
support of old AMD etc processors) 

* movie length detecting fixed 

* rewinding redesign (buttons and slider). now WVGUI doesn't crash when
rewinding. But, reaction of rewinding is lower 

* slider changes: movie paused when slider arm captured and continue on
new position after releasing slider arm 

+ new command line switch -f (see readme)
