IBM's Web pages will probably be fixed by the time this gets posted, but
just in case they aren't here are correct direct URLs for the updated
drivers:

For other NLS versions, replace both occurrances of "en" in each URL with
the appropriate two-letter NLS code. For example, the Brazilian version of
the omni driver would end in .../br/omnibr.exe.

I have not been able to find these by FTP.
