UpdCD 2.04 fix has been released. It has to be applied on top of UpdCD
2.0x installation.



The most important changes are:

- mpts+tcp/ip fixpak and update check

- replace base OS/2 resources (icons, menu, etc.)

- fixed problem with printer driver installation
