The planned upgrade of the VOICE1 this morning has largely been completed,
and the server is back up.  However there is a problem with the home page
definition, so that as you may have noticed, www.os2voice.org currently
points to WarpDoctor.  This issue is currently being examined, and we
anticipate the problem being corrected later on this afternoon. 

We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience.
