Subject:  [VOICENWS] Net: warpstock.org temporarily unavailable

Do to problems encountered during an upgrade of the Apache web server to
the IBM Apache web server on the VOICE server, all sites hosted on this
server are temporarily unavailable.  This includes: 

 http://www.warpstock.org
 http://www.os2voice.org
 http://www.warpdoctor.org

We appologize for the inconvenience, and the problem will hopefully be
rectified later today.
