Hi everyone,

The current maintenance of the VOICE server is complete, and the previous
version of Apache is now running.  All the applications and web sites
supported by our server (VOICE NEWS, Warpstock, WarpDoctor, and VOICE)
should now be working normally.  

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our users by this extended
period of maintenance and downtime.  The good news is that we have learned
a lot regarding what to do and what not to do from this experience, and
when we have to do any maintenance in the future, it should far less
painful for all concerned. :-)
