Changes:

- Changed handling of "TimeServers" and "TimeZone" settings.
- Added progress counters to mail send/collect operations.
- The "Help" text function accepts a wildcard anywhere within the
  search string.
- Mail warning icon properties can be set by the user through the WPS.
  Thanks to Michael Warmuth for this suggestion!
- Changed the SMTP socket response procedure to handle multiline
  responses.
- Pruned out some superfluous code, including an entire duplicate
  procedure which somehow got left behind (thanks to Michael
  Warmuth for pointing this one out to me).
- Added "*LEAVE*" keyword option to mail move function.
- Added "PMM2RxMl.CMD" program to convert PMMail .CSV address files. -
Added "ZipDirs.CMD" directory tree compression program.
