New features:

- support for new licensing scheme;
- support for Microsoft ISA 2000 proxy;
- F8 presents menu to change encoding in the viewer;

Most important fixes since 1.63:

- under some circumstances transfer rate was limited;
- mirroring by download works more reliably;
- Chinese translation is now up-to-date;
- Italian and Swedish NLS files were corrupted;
- improved implementation for wildcard matching routines;
