Since the inception of the German issue we have worked hard to have both
issues out at the same time.  Unfortunately the German issue is still
delayed as of my writing this.  We will announce when it is available.  We
appologize for the delay.

VOICE Newsletter possible.  We couldn't do it without your help.  :-) 
This includes our writers, editors and translators.  Without them there'd
be no VOICE Newsletter.  Please consider writing an article for the
